Select the pictures you want click the three dots on the lower right of the screen. Select Move to Album, choose a folder that is saved in your SD card or press Create to create an album there you can see an option for Internal Storage or SD Card

If you want to use your sd card as an internal storage, you needed a pc for it

Keep in mind, though, that some apps may not be transferred to external storage, especially those designed to work on your internal storage.
