How to retrieve contacts from a sim card

Hi

I have just changed from a J2 Proto a A52s 5G

On the J2 I saved the contacts to the SIM card, which has now been changed into

the A52s 5G but they do not show up in contacts or the phone list.

Is there some way I can access them on the SIM that is now in the A52s 5G.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Does your contacts app show an edit icon?

If yes, tap it and from the next screen, select Sim to show contacts.

The other option is to import contacts from the sim card.

Tap the 3 bars on the left, select Manage contacts, then import.

Hi @daniellouwrens, do you still have the old device?

You can go into the Contacts app on the old device > ⋮ > Share > All and send to the new device via Bluetooth or email.

I got it working after using the Contacts app on the old phone and sending it to my new pone.
