I will never order from the Samsung shop again.

I ordered a A23 LTE on April 3 , since April 18 it is on transit to Cagayan de Oro with LBC. Today is April 23. I think LBC lost the phone (maybe stolen). Good thing I ordered it COD. Samsung should really think of an other Courier!

I also ordered thru online. The delivery was also a little bit late especially during the transit. I bet you should wait for more days since all couriers experiences the same delays

Sorry to hear about it. But it's not Samsung's fault but LBC as it already on transit.

LBC is the largest local courier service. So it's no wonder that Samsung will trust their logistics to a large company.

Good thing for you too, as you opted for COD. So you didn't lose any money. But even if you paid in advance and it was lost/stolen in transit, then you shouldn't worry as it is insured and will be replaced.

I suggest calling Samsung hotline so they can assist you on it. 😊

Update: today April 26 I received the phone. Thats 23 days! I ordered some items from shoppee last week and j&t delivered it today as well. Shipping time 7 days! LBC **bleep**! Samsung should choose a different courier.
