It's highly unlikely. Although, Samsung has brought it to the Galaxy A53 in Europe. Galaxy A12 is a budget device, so I think it's better not to think about it at all as it has OneUI Core. There may be a chance that even older Galaxy A series phones will have it until the budget segments.
Even though the Image Clipper feature has been released to other eligible devices, rollouts and release times may vary depending on device version and model, service version, country or region, and network.
However, there has been no official announcement that your beloved Samsung Galaxy A12 will be included in the list yet. If there is, you will be officially notified through the Samsung Members App notification bell icon.
