Is this changeable or not? If it is, how?

so i charged my phone last night (decided to put a timer for an hour to remove the charger and not to overcharge) but this morning, i noticed in the notification history that my charging stopped at around 10pm and this is what it says:

so i was wondering, this estimated sleep time, can this be changed and i will set my own sleep time or the phone recognizes this estimated sleep time on their own base on how i use my phone?

and if this can be changed, where can i change it?

Change battery protection option. That's currently set to adaptive. Change it to basic if you're using a manual timer. Maximum to charge it only upto 80%.
