Galaxy AKind of like when you wake up in the morning. You don't just jump out of the bed. You get your bearings first (unless someone woke you up shouting "may sunog!").
Kidding aside, what is abnormal behavior is when it takes up too much time. The usual clear cache partition or reset your device applies here.

Galaxy AGreat Samsung morning! We are very sorry to hear about this issue. No worries, we'll try to help you. As per your concern, have you checked your storage? Also, you may try to 'clear cache' your applications. Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache. Note: The only way to clear the cache on every app at the same time would be to perform a factory reset on your phone.
Hope to have helped you out. Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you. Stay safe and have a nice day ahead!
