Latest software update Dec 27 2022

After the latest software update, my edge panels and lockscreen apps such as the camera stop working. It keeps saying whenever I try to turn on edge panels and customize my lockscreen.
"Can't change this setting while power saving mode is on"
I keep checking and its off?

My powersaving mode is longer accessible either, when I open it it usually limits my apps and let me know how many days or hours is left on my battery. 

I wanna known if factory resetting is necessary and what else can I do. That would be all, thank you.

Send an error report so they can release an update to fix bugs.

Me too, I have A13 and I am using my edge panel but when I update the latest software, it's gone.

We just need to wait for the next software update for them to fix this. Mine is A22 4G. I'm scared of rebooting my system atm

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps (Camera) are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
 
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
 
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
 
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Step 4. Reset your device.
 

 

Clear Cache Partition

 

Step 1. Turn off your phone.


Step 2. Plug in the USB cable via PC or Type-C earphones (in case its USB-C to USB-C).


Step 3. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.


Step 4. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.

Step 5. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).

Step 6. Navigate to and select Yes.

Step 7. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.

 

If that doesn't work, submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Camera" and "Settings/System".

Step 4. Describe each problem in details and SEND.
