I bought a Galaxy s 23 ultra fom Best buy cash supposably completely unlocked . I didn't take care of that day. I want to put in my new AT&t sim and it wantta a code. That's ridiculous because I paid so much money for it. The only thing I know is the IMIE 3551 4949 6034 782 and to stick the AT&t sim in to put in The code it's asking for. It really upsets me because I paid extra money to get a phone unlocked Best buy.
I'm having the same problem when I go to use a different sim it ask for a code. My phone's not tied to any carrier and of course it's completely paid off what should I do? The only thing I have is my IMIE 3551 4949 6034 782 for the Galaxy s23 ultra. The phone should be already unlocked as it was not tied to a carrier when I bought it.
