I just bought the A52 5g and my mic is faulty.
People can't hear what I am saying. 
Please assist.

Kindly open your Samsung Member app then go to GET HELP tab and click INTERACTIVE CHECK. If the diagnosis under microphone fails then backup your phone using Samsung Switch then afterwards factory reset your phone and restore from your backup file. If everything was done and mic ka still faulty, you may now bring it to Samsung Service Center for Repair. Did you first check your mic using voice recorder Sir? If yes tpos same issue parin better seek help with samsung tech.

Samee. It says external mic will be used to record everytime i tried to record my voice.
