Galaxy A1. Restart the device
2. Reseat the sim card
3. Reformat the phone
If none of those steps work, try the diagnostic feature on your Samsung phone.
If still no actual results are shown, drop by an Authorized service center.

Galaxy AHello, hdhjdjd!
If you're having trouble with your mobile data, be sure first to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version.
If your mobile network connection is unstable and you cannot use mobile data, try resetting your network settings. Follow these steps:
- Go to Settings and select General Management
- Select Reset
- Select Reset network settings
- Check the onscreen information and tap Reset settings
- Tap Reset
Note: Please note that resetting your networks will reset your Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network settings.
If this still doesn't work, visit spr.ly/StoreLocatorPH to check the nearest Samsung store in your location.
I hope this helps. Please keep us updated. 😊 Thank you!
