Moisture Detection Error Upon Charging

Hello everyone! Just wanted to check if some has also encountered an error message just today 07/01/2022 when you try and charge your device, you will get an error message saying to check your USB or Port. Thank you

What phone are you using? Is the USB port clean?

Yes, I checked and there seems to be no debris in the USB Port. Im using an a52s 5g

Did it work? If not, try charging it while it's powered off. Does it charge?

Yes it charges when I shut down my device and plug it in when its off. But its only a temporary fix

To wipe cache partition:
1. Turn off your phone.
2. Plug in the USB cable via PC or charger (in case its USB-C to USB-C).
3. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
4. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.
5. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).
6. Navigate to and select Yes.
7. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.
