I've notice, upter updating my AO3 to latest software update, most of the time, volume down and power button beginning to malfunction. I need to restart my phone by sliding down the quick panel layout and restart the phone using the power button included in the quick panel above beside the setting button. I don't know if this is due to  software issues after updating. Any thoughts on this on how to fix this thing?

If not working, this could be a hardware issue. Have your phone checked at the nearest Service Center near you, or call the hotline #GALAXY to voice out your concerns.
