Does anyone experience on this? I just expected that my phone incorrectly restarted by direct "Samsung" logo and the device startup instead of boot before the model.. it happens after I remove the USB device (even safely removed). What would possibly cause this?

Hello AnyaForger,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your inquiry regarding your Samsung Galaxy device incorrect sequence after restart.

We know you are feeling a bit worried, but don't be as we are here to help.

First, ensure that your Samsung Galaxy device is up-to-date with the latest software updates through Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download, if available > Install > Follow on-screen notifications.

Following should be the proper sequence after your device restarts or reboots. It may vary, depending on the model.

Samsung phone model with Powered by Android Logo > Samsung Logo > Security Lock > Home Screen >

But in your case, you have an idea that it has something to do after removing the USB device even you safely removed it.

I highly recommend to try one more time to reboot and/or restart your Samsung Galaxy device to check whether the sequence is properly executed now.

If the issue persist, you may reach out to our Samsung online support channels below and / or you may visit our Samsung Authorized Service Center near you.
