I've done the following "quick fix" so far (and yet failed):
- Factory reset
- Replaced the physical sim with an eSim
- Disabled auto-restart
- Ran the device in Safe Mode
- Tap the back of the phone
I've visited their service center twice and it's confusing because during my 1st visit I was advised to Factory Reset the phone before they could fix it. 2nd visit, done with reset, but the staff told me that they can't detect any issues since I have done the reset. So I gave up for a while.
I have no problem when mobile data is turned off or if I'm using a Wifi at home. Just want to ask if anyone has experience this before (even with other Samsung device)?
