Hi. Please help me. My phone is having issues. When I use it, it sometimes blinks. What happens is it looks like it's takimg screenshots (no actual screenshots) but that's what it looks like. Like a white screen flashes for a millisecond.
Also, when I type on Facebook, especially on Messenger, I type messages and then it completely erases on it's own. It's hard because I can't write long messages because it will suddenly be erased. What is this bug? Please help me.
What's your phone model? Does the screen flash when only when you do something or? The sudden deletion of message may be a Messenger bug, or your keyboard app maybe?
A52. Yes when I'm doing something, it flashes. Like when I'm watching something, the video stops, or when I'm on a call, the screen exits even if I'm not touching it. Even now when I type, the keyboard is flashing too. I don't have any 3rd party keyboard app. This is just a samsung theme. In messenger, I also think it's a bug but I have cleared data, also updated messenger, it still happens.
Have you tried running the diagnostics here in Samsung Members? Maybe a hardware defect for the screen flashes. Try changing your theme too the default one if it helps, it maybe the current theme.
Also, Messenger bugs happens with each build, try other builds if you're adventurous.
