Just to summarise, bits of water drops got onto my phone's cameras, even tho it was on a case, this was the first that my phone got "wet" but will it impact my phone at the least? Like will it impact negatively?

Water can affect and can even damage the phone components such as camera lenses. Kung nahulugan ng tubig ang camera lenses mo, wipe the lenses immediately.
