My PIN has changed without me changing it

Yesterday, I updated my Samsung Galaxy A22 phone because I hadn't updated in a while, and once the update was finished I opened my phone. It worked fine, but after a few minutes the phone restarted for no reason, even though I hadn't done anything that would make it restart. I waited for the phone to go back to the lock screen, and I opened my phone, and it worked fine again. But then the same thing happened, it restarted. That happened around 5 or 6 times, and on the last time when I tried to enter my PIN, a message came up saying that my PIN was incorrect, even though I hadn't changed anything. I tried putting in my PIN in multiple times over the course of yesterday and today, but it hasn't worked since. I also tried using SmartThings Find to unlock my phone but that didn't work because I didn't have the 'Find my Device' setting on on my phone. I also tried manually restarting my phone but I couldn't do that as it said I needed my PIN for that. I have contacted Samsung via a technical support phone number, but they just said the only way to fix this is if I take it to Samsung and get it completely reset there, which I don't want as it will mean all of my photos and other stuff my phone will be lost. I am wondering if there is any way to restart my phone without a PIN or fix this problem in any way, because I'm worried that I will lose my data.

Hello, how are you?

I would like to know how you solved it? I am currently having the same problem and it is literally a real "disorder" because I don't want to factory reset my phone and lose all my data.
