my screen became blurry

I have some problem with my Samsung Galaxy A53 5G, I don't know what happen but suddenly my screen became blurry, first I thought it was my wallpaper but then when I open my apps it has the same blurry and low quality effect. I need to turn off and on the screen to go back to normal.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
 
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
 
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
 
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Step 4. Reset your device.
 
Adjust your Samsung Galaxy phone display settings.
 
If your display seems to have low resolution or images look pixelated, you can easily adjust the high definition settings using a few steps. You can change the resolution again if you aren't seeing results.
 
Important : Adjusting the resolution will close any running apps. Save any work before changing the resolution. The ability to change resolution will very by model and software version.
 
Step 1. Navigate to Screen resolution settings.
 Navigate to Settings and then tap Display. Swipe to and tap Screen resolution.
 
Step 2. Choose your resolution.
Choose your desired resolution, and then tap Apply.
 
If the screen is still blurry, you can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:
 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Display".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
