Need help, forgot my pattern code

I forgot pattern code and cannot access email as recently changed password and forgot it, though I managed to remember the old one, but that doesn't help. Do not want to do hard reset as have important information on phone. Can anyone help, I am willing to pay.

That's a tad bit hard best bet is to back up all information and then do a hard reset looking into it right now

If it is Gmail or other software then go to another computer. Attempt to open gmail, etc. VIA BROWSER and go to reset password option.
