My galaxy a13 5g has giving me a temperature too low and is not allowing me to charge my phone

You can click on the Support tab, and send an error report.

You can also try backing up your phone, and then factory resetting. If it's a software issue, this will fix it.

However if the problem continues, you may have to send it in for repairs.
