New A15 phone speaker volume low, calls hard to hear

I have adjusted all volumes but to hear during calls I have to hold the phone right up to my ear. Did not have this issue with my previous phone.

Please any advise would be gratefully appreciated.

Temporary solution use speker button. Play Store has several volume booster apps, careful, xet too high damages speke.

Yes carrie i have a .AO5s..with the same problem..help..

My AO5s is brand new.problem is in phone.samsung try to fob us off with stupid excuses.
