Galaxy AI have exactly the same issue, and it started around the same time. I still haven't got it working properly with both SIMs plugged in. I find that I can get data for about 5 seconds after I turn airplane mode on and then off again, but that's quite a pain when trying to have a conversation on WhatsApp when you're out. I discovered it was the second SIM because I was going away and so took the second SIM out and put it into a WiFi dongle to give me data access even though my phone was buggered. I then never put it back in and realised my phone was behaving itself again. Recently I thought - I ought to put that SIM back in, and as soon as I did, no data again.
Did Samsung ever come up with a sensible reply?
If the only comment is the rote reply saying check for updates, clear this, clear that, contact network provider then that's remarkably poor service.

Galaxy AHi I have the same problem. Data not working properly with both SIMs plugged in. Samsung A52 5G. If I turn off any onesim card, the other works OK. The same two SIM cards work OK in the Samsung A20.
