No enable option on my Samsung AO2S phone?

Just tried for the first time to scan a QR code with my Samsung AO2S phone and found when I went into the camera settings, there is no option to enable for QR code.  Is this phone that old that I need to upgrade it?

I believe that phone is OneUi Core. This means it only has the most important OneUi functions.

You can always download a QR code reader app. It should do its job.

To find a good qr code app Google "best android qr code app" including the quote marks, or "compaŕe android qr code apps". Ŕead up carefully on the differendes. Ideally use one available in Play Store otherwise you have to change settings to accept a non-standard app.
