Hi today my phone(Galaxy a55) stopped receiving text messages from others but could receive MMS messages from others I rang Optus tech support they needed to verify me so sent me a code which I needed to tell them that code I told her I probably won't get the text but I did get it which was weird because other texts weren't going through, so now I'm left scratching my head , I've checked everything twice and went through it with Optus tech support, Optus left me with no fix to my problem, is this a glitch in the matrix or is anyone else having same problem, anyone know a solution, please, I'm going crazy.
