Noticed Something From Facebook App 🤨

I have observed this changes from Facebook app. It wasn't like this before. It is new now. Is this caused by an update or it is how it should be?

Can somebody explain me why Facebook app only does that and the rest of my apps cannot? Though not an issue to me but it's unusual for me because I'm not used to it before. 😅

I'm referring to Facebook app when closing it in the background. But now it's okay because it goes back to normal. I think it was just a minor issue with the app itself not with the phone. 😉 Thanks for your response.
