Notification Icon label

Re: Samsung A32 The Notification Icons at top of screen for say..Bluetooth, Mobile Data, Location etc do not have Text below the Icon to identify them.The text appears for each icon in the full drop down list of all Notifications but when you minimise the panel for only the icons you wish to access the text/name for each icon is removed.  How can I change settings to include the Text name for each Icon in the Notification at top of screen. Thank You.
