When using an app that requires to be in landscape and when swiping the quick panel for the first time it has a delay, also when exiting the app and swiping the quick panel for the first time it will aso have a delay. I did not encounter this issue when using the one ui 6 it's just eerily irritating and frustrating, because I've been using this phone and supposedly one ui 7 was gonna be an improvement compared to one ui 6, their has been a few security patches update for the past few months after releasing the one ui 7 on the samsung phones but not even a one bug fix update/s has ever been released.
Come on Samsung Your better than that 😮💨😮💨😮💨

I'm also experiencing this issue after updating to OneUI 7 😅 Swiping the quick panel down is kinda sluggish.
And also, a lot of times, when I restarted my phone and unlocked it but accidentally swiped the quick panel down, SystemUI crashes 😅😂

Just to share, I was able to minimize it by disabling transparency in the settings. It seems that it's the one that's causing the problem 😆

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Vision Enhancement then look for Reduce transparency and blur 😊
