It looks like November/December at this stage. Samsung has further delayed the beta program, which was originally due to commence in August, then was slated for this week. However that's now been pushed back further.
Interestingly, Google has finished their testing of Android 15, and made the code avaliable on AOSP, however they still haven't made it avaliable to their own Pixel devices, and may not do so for a few more weeks 🤔
