Can you check if Maximum restrictions is turned on? If yes, turn it off then try turning off Auto Blocker. As for turning off the fingerprint, go to Lockscreen and AOD then Screen lock and biometrics. Try choosing None to remove your biometrics data.

Yeah, I've tried everything to fix it. And i assumed it is the software because even if i tried to remove my biometrics data the fingerprint menu would still say that i have a fingerprint registered already, and the reason why I've been trying to turn off the auto blocker is because i wanted to download finelock. But turns out it even wouldn't let me and ruined my mood so all i did is remove my biometrics data but when i found out even my fingerprint is still registered but it's all removed i became sad.

I see. Have you tried removing the fingerprint via safe mode? You might wanna try that if you haven't yet. Also, try wiping the cache partition.

To enter safe mode, press and hold the Power button then tap and hold the Power Off icon to show the Safe mode option. For wiping the cache partition, you may have to connect your phone into a USB slot on your PC or laptop. Turn off your phone first before connecting it on your computer. Once connected into a USB slot, press and hold the Power + Volume Up button at the same time. Once the Samsung logo appears, release just the Power button while still pressing on the Volume Up button. If all goes well, you wil see the Recovery menu. Just highlight "Wipe cache partition" then press the Power button to select.
