Good day everyone, how can I have an update for One Ui core? The A14 5G I bought was still on it's 5.0.

You may follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4. Restart your device.

If it's still not yet available, you may check from time to time and be on the lookout for the notification bell icon on your Samsung members app.

I want to downgrade my software to the old one. I am now in one ui version 6.0. How to downgrade?
