They really are dying. Samsung care making apple looks really good. I never have a good conversation on samsung care assistant they dont give a f about your concerns when you try to call them. Even went to nearest samsung services they realy dont care.
I will not disagree that the company needs more improvement in terms of customer service. But to say that they are dying is far from reality. It looks looks like your level of disappointment is already at its peak. At this point, no amount of reasoning will be able to persuade you otherwise. Best of luck to you.
Really? How? Can you ellaborate? One UI 6 has been the fastest Samsung has provided by starting it in October compared to previous releases which was done December onwards. Other brands can't dp the same? Again, ellaborate your comment.
