Did your phone undergo the latest software update perhaps? Or has this happened before or with other apps?
If only the Game Booster is having this issue, should work fine with a quick restart. There can be quite different causes as to why it takes a while to load up, such as a lot of cache, the internet isn't too fast, running apps on the background to name a few.
