Galaxy AGreat Samsung morning! You may try to put your device on 'Safe Mode';
- Press the Power button and select Restart.
- Alternatively, press and hold the Volume Down and Side key at the same time for 7 seconds.
- Use the Volume Up or Volume Down button to highlight the option Reboot system now.
- Press the Power button to confirm the selection.
Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications. It's designed as a diagnostic tool to help solve issues with connectivity, battery life, and more.
