If you haven't used the bluetooth to speaker before then the most likely cause is that some car electrical connection is unsheilded. https://www.howacarworks.com/accessories/identifying-and-suppressing-radio-interference

Hey @STAR71, thanks for reaching out. Could you confirm whether your car and device firmware are up to date? This can improve stability.

To update your car's Bluetooth firmware, I suggest searching for your model on the manufacturers website.

To update your device software, please go to:

Settings > Software update > Download and install.

I am also having same issue with my Toyota Prado car stereo. My old Samsung Galaxy J8 works perfectly on my stereo. But my new  A33 does not. The calls are very noisy and the Integrated Bluetooth audio is cutting on and off and I can't play my podcasts or music on the car stereo. Need support please.

Hi @feroze74, if your older device is working but the new one isn't, there may be a compatibility issue causing connectioni instability.

E.g old software of your car is more compatible with your old phone.

I suggest updating your car software to see if this improves the connection to your new phone.

I have excacly the same issue om Mondeo 2008 Blaupunkt headunit. (difficult to firmwareupdate). Also brand new A33. It is so bad, that conversations is impossible.

I have just changed from Samsung FE  S20, and with that device, the sound was perfect without cracking noise...  I wish I did'nt switch phone...
I have never before had the same problem with the car-unit using several Iphones including latest models, Motorola, HTC - All worked fine.

So what has changed with A33 vs Samsung FE 20S..?  Could it be an defect on a series of A33?
There seems to be a trend ...?

Hey @KPA

Thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Kind Regards,
