My Galaxy A7 2018 Power Button Does Not Work. I can't Turn Off or On my device. Fingerprint Scanner (On the power button) still works so maybe its a software issue or the power button itself that causes this problem?

Please run the Diagnostics in Samsung Members App and see if your Power button is working.

If your power button isn't responding, this could be a hardware issue already. Have your phone checked at the nearest Service Center near you, or call the hotline #GALAXY to voice out your concerns.
