Power saving mode won't turn off even if its already turn off (limited features)

Hi. Can someone pls help me. I don't know if I acidentally turn on the power saving mode. Its just so happened that the dark mode was turn on and my lockscreen themes was gone. I checked the power saving mode it's already turn off. Because of it I can't change my wallpaper, I can't also change my themes and etc. Can someone pls help me.

Do you have add the dark mode schedule on your "Modes and Routines"?

No I did not. My lockscreen wallpaper was also lost its also in dark mode and I can't change my wallpaper any my themes 😥

You can try, locate the "One UI Home" in apps and clear cache.
