Hi! Ano po pwedeng gawin kapag biglang nag rerestart ang samsung A01?

Baka broken app lang yan try safe mode kung nag rerestart ba sya kung wala mag uninsta kana ng app. Liit kasi ng memory nyan.

Yung unit ng kamag-anak ko pareho rin yung nararanasan. May napansin akong mga corrupted na pictures, pictures na galing sa Samsung Cloud nila.

Pagkatapos i-delete yung mga corrupted pictures, nawala yung pagrestart nang mag-isa. Hindi ako sure kung yun yung dahilan ng pag-restart.

Pero para stay safe, try ninyong i-check yung mga files in-case na may na-corrupt.
