I think RAM Plus just like other virtual RAM is more of a gimmick. Well, it does help a little specially to those phones with 4GB physical RAM or lower but I've read articles and watched YouTube vids saying that virtual RAM does not really boost performance but even slows it down, particularly with app launching.
If you have 6-8 or more physical ram, turn it off. If you have 4 or less ram then turn it on. Ram plus utilizes internal storage as a virtual ram, and we know that internal storages are far more slower than a real ram, so it it will degrade and slow down the internal storage much faster
