Can someone help me on this? Same concern. Tried the hard reset but it doesn't work. Brought this to a technician but he just assumed na LCD ang sira. Pero never naman na-dropped or nabasa yung phone. Bigla nalang siyang nag black screen while charging the other day. It only vibrates. And the alarms that I set are still ringing

Hello yongbok,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the black screen issue during the last update of the Samsung Galaxy A71.

Hi, can I book using a different phone? Also, a technician already opened this earlier just to check. But he didn't do anything, he just checked it, is that okay? I doubt that it is due to lack of storage since I still have enough storage. I really think the the update I made last week was affected by this.I am really frustrated right now since all of my important files and access are there 🥺

The update might have damaged the screen. Bring it to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked.
