Galaxy AGalaxy A11 has worked perfectly since bought - week ago was using, set it down, picked it up and was completely 'dead'. Put in on charger but no good. Have had to three mobile phone techs yesterday, they ran diagnostics and it's not battery, not charge port, not screen.
Desperate to recover photos, contacts, whatsapp conversations etc etc - any ideas? Is this possible from a phone that is 100% 'dead'?

Galaxy AThanks Claudette - I can't backup anything, the phone won't charge, turn on or anything - just completely 'dead'.
I have bought a new Samsung phone yesterday however devastated to lost conversation threads/photos/contacts etc.
