Samsung a03s fingerprint not working

Hi! Fingerprint does not work but if you restart the phone the fingerprint will work again, it will not work again and you will have to to restart again and it will work again. Is this a version problem?

Have you try some soft reset like reset all settings, it's safe it won't delete your data.

Same problem with my Galaxy A03s, i've tried soft reset but the problem is still there.

Hello, I also have the same problem the finger print sensor can't detect my finger, it happened after I updated my software. Can someone tell me how to fix? Thank youuu
