I experimenting turning off or on this settings but the issue still persists. Or sometimes it touching or pressing randomy when I touch it in a current area, but instead sometimes, it responds to touch randomy than my expected output. What seems to be happened? It happens since my phone is new. My phone model is A055F/DS

That sounds really frustrating,Rendellsibal. 😟 One thing you can try is running a diagnostic using the Samsung Members app. It can help identify any issues with the touch screen or other hardware.

Open the Samsung Members app > Tap Support > Run Phone diagnostics

If the issue persists, visiting a service center might be your next best step. Let us know how it goes!

I run the diagnostics but it still happens sometimes(even the result was normal). What the possible issue??? I don't like to bring to the nearest service center, I have 0 money.

We’re sorry to hear the issue persists! While diagnostics are a great first step, some underlying factors might require deeper troubleshooting. If visiting a service center isn’t an option right now, we recommend trying to clear your device’s cache or checking for software updates. Let us know how it goes!

Unfortunately, without physically examining the device, it's difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of the touch screen issue. In the meantime, we recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache, updating the software, or even resetting the device to see if it helps.

If you’re able to visit a service center in the future, they can give your device a closer look, figure out exactly what’s going on, and provide a clear diagnosis and cost estimate for any repairs. Hope this helps, Rendellsibal🙂
