Samsung A10s Not detecting usb or otgs

My phone cant seem to detect usb extension like keyboard and mouse, i've used every method including updsting my software, using developer options, but none of them worked, last week it detected my usb but days ago it stopped detecting my usb, it also has no OTG option on my settings, is there any way to mamke my phone detect my usb again?

I used my previous phones and it does detect usb ports also my charging port is not damaged its not really just detecting any usb

Thanks, but what can the wipe cache partition affect my files, does it remove some of my accounts, files like the hard reset or does it not?

It does not delete file or settings, in some cases setting maybe the issue and this may work a charm
