SAMSUNG A12 BLUE LINES AND OVER HEATING ISSUE

I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG A12 LAST JANUARY 16, 2022. AFTER 2 DAYS OF USE I NOTICE SOME TECHNICAL DEFECTS, 

1. BLUE LINES ARE APPEARING ON SCREEN WHEN NOT IN USE FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME AND GRADUALLY FADING WHILE USING THE PHONE. I DO SOME RESEARCH AND OTHER PERSONS THAT BUY A12 ALSO EXPERIENCE THE SAME PROBLEM. 

2. THE UPPER PART OF THE PHONE IS HEATING SO MUCH THAT IS SO ALARMING BECAUSE I DONT EXPERIENCE THIS ON MY OTHER SAMSUNG PHONES. 

THE STORE WHERE I BOUGHT MY PHONE DENIES TO REPLACE IT IF I DONT GET A TECHNICAL REPORT, BUT DUE TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS AND HEALTH CONCERNS BECAUSE OF PANDEMIC, I CANT GET ONE.

DOES ANYONE HERE EXPERIENCE THIS ALSO?? 

WHAT HAPPEN TO YOUR PHONE NOW?

IS SOMEONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS?

I have the same issue right now. It just appeared yesterday. Do your phones already working well now? For those who experienced this kind of issue?

I haven't bring my phone to abenson which I bought my Samsung a12 since I am worried that they need to fix or look for any problem about my phone that it will stayed for days. I don't have any spare phone to use which is I need my phone everyday for some reason. My advice is to bring your phone on which store you bought and ask for them to look at it. Please do reply a feedback here when your phone was able to fix the problem for the same users that experiencing this on their Samsung A12. Thank you

I also experience the same problem but last night when I play music before I **bleep** and when I woke up now the blue lines is worse. I figured this is a software problem because the longer I use it the clearer you can see it

i have this issue and i dont know how to fix it and the screen clicks it self and looks like it flickers a little bit and i dont know how to fix this please help me someone.

I just experienced it the second time now. They eventually went away but I'm still concern on what caused it. Can someone help me please?

I just got home from school then I tried to double tap the phone but it didn't open so what I did was open it with the button when I opened it there were so many blue lines that appeared on the phone. I need help

I think reset it, it kinda helped
