Samsung A14 won't charge

I can't charge my phone, only laptop usb works. I have changed the adapter, it's not charging at all.

A fully functioning port would work with anything. Laptop, brick charger, portable charger.

If you've confirmed that the cables and the charger works with other devices, that means something is not right with the phone's port.

Have you tried other power outlets in the house?

Just on the off chance the wall socket, or even power board (if used) are faulty?
