That sucks! I totally get your frustration, Cjhey17.
The adhesive might have weakened for a variety of reasons: temperature, moisture, exposure to chemicals, or outdoor weathering all may have had a hand in letting your back case peel off.
Thankfully, it's still an easy fix if you head to your nearest Samsung Service Center.
You can book an appointment through your Samsung Members app by tapping Support > book an appointment.
