Hi, I am using a Samsung Galaxy a52s. I have purchased Norton 360 for my laptop and have also installed it on my phone. I need to setup App security and Internet Security.  I get a message which says "Accessibility: Norton 360 requires accessibility permission to collect data about websites and apps viewed on Google play". I select OK and it takes me to Settings / Accessibility and a message at the bottom of the screen tells me to "Find and tap on Norton 360 service". However I can't see this service. Anybody know where it is or how I could turn it on?

Thanks for any help

Colin

the mentioned app should appear on the lists in the Accessibility settings. hv you explored around within it?

u may try to use Remote Management (in the Support tab in this app) to request Samsung customer service help u navigate the settings remotely.

I've just done a search within Accessibility and it appears to be under Accessibility/Installed apps. However when I try to go into that I get an error saying "Access Denied". Search finds the service but I can't get to it. Why would that be?
