I've seen other users raise this concern. I have a few suggestions:
1. Send Error Report
2. Clear Cache/Data of Camera app
3. Wipe Cache Partition and Repair Apps through Recovery mode
4. Run camera through Safe mode see if the phone still restarts

I think my phone fixed already. I bring my phone to the nearest samsung service center and then they reprogram it. They said that im going to observe my phone if it happens again after 2-3 days. But days past already, so i think my phone is already fixed

Hi, what do you mean with "reprogram it"? Is it a factory reset of the device?

I am facing the same issues, as well as some friends here in Brazil.

Hard reset is not fixing the problem.

It seems to be a global issue!

Kinda like factory reset, but different. I don't know men, it's hard to explain but I can suggest that you should bring your phone to the nearest samsung service center so that they will check your phone and explain to them what is the problem of your phone.

May I know, do you pay for that and how much? Or the guarantee cover that?

Clear cache/data does not fix the problem.

Wipe cache partition does not fix the problem.

Factory reset does not fix the problem.

Booting the phone in safe mode gives the same problem.

Also, the problem occours only when using the 2x zoom.

Any additional tip?
