Samsung A55 5G issue

Hi I want to address this issue of my Samsung A55 that it keep's loading on the software update. 

I just bought this phone November 2024 in the Philippines. Still fresh but this software update is bugging me since I updated it. I like to receive a advice or opinion on this issue to be solved.

Try to reset your phone but please have a full backup first before doing so.
