yes, according nanoreview Exynos 1480 only paired with UFS 3.1 so even if you pick the 128GB version you will get UFS 3.1, but for me always pick the highest storage version available. As for RAM according Exynos 1480 Samsung official website it can be LPDDR5 or LPDDR4x, so my advice pick 12GB version to make sure it's LPDDR5.
